View Full Version : My vices... Bad for TTC pink?

So, I have some vices that I'd like to know if I need to cut out or not to TTC pink.

1. Coffee! I drink 1-2 cups a day, (usually 1), in the morning around 5-6am. If I'm home, its 1 cup starbucks coffee in a French press, with a splash of whole milk (since that's what DS drinks) and some whip cream on top. If I go out (to starbucks) it's a tall or grande cafe latte with whip.

2. Chocolate! I have 1-3 pieces of choclate a day. Usually in the evening after dinner. Ferrero Rocher or mini Reese cup.

3. Alcohol! DH and I drink almost every night. 1-3 beers (IPA or lagers, so strong stuff! 9-11% alcohol!) or 2 glasses- half a bottle of moscato, Pinot Grigio, or other white wine.

4. Peanut Butter! God, I LOVE the stuff. I can go through a 40oz jar by myself in a month. I love putting it on graham crackers or even just eating it with a spoon.

Advice?

Alcohol is good for a girls sway, keep that going.
Peanut butter, I also love peanut butter but I try to avoid it with the occasional pb&j. It's a lot of protein for a little amount of food.
Coffee, some women limit some don't that is up to you, I have limited it because I like real sugar, not sweetener
The chocolate is fine, just like with everything else watch your amounts, I know 3 pieces of ghirardelli is like 200 calories
Just stay under your limits for everything and you can eat it. Just remember some of these are high in calories or proteins, so you get little food with a lot of calories.

I have to say the chocolate and the peanut butter would be difficult to keep, they both have high amounts of fat. Keep the servings super small. One mini peanut butter cup and toast with a half tablespoon of peanut butter would be a good compromise.

1)good for pink sway, go light on the milk though. I'd limit full fat dairy unless you have PCO

2)I think milk/white choc are ok, I'd keep the "good stuff" minimal

3)good for pink sway, i'd go cheaper (may have less Bvitamins)

4)I do think pb can be a bit boy friendly so I'd ease off of that
