Type 1 diabetes... Sway?

My husband has been recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes - I wondered if his condition will sway towards girl or boy?
His blood sugar is mainly high.....

blood sugar matters for you, not DH. But diabetes is detrimental for health and that may be harmful for sperm quality.

Let me add she got her girl by decreasing how much food she ate, keeping sugar levels lower compared to when she conceived her boys when she ate a lot.
