Does anyone know if I'm meant to look at the mg fr sodium or for equivalent as salt? Thanks

Some things are off the scale anyway - it's quite shocking how much sodium/salt is in some foods!

Oh, I know. I had post-partum hypertension and I thought I was going to DIE not from high blood pressure but from starvation.
