We BD as a part of our sway 6 days ago shortly after +OPK. The day after the attempt I had cramps (I chalk that up to O). Here is is 6 days later and I'm still cramping. I read online that implantation cramps are a common sign of pregnancy. The thing is I'm feeling them more on my right side. Some women online were saying implantation cramps on the right means the placenta is and the baby is implanting on the right which means a boy (left implantation=girl, right implantation=boy). Conversely, an implantation website says it's more common to feel on the right because the baby tends to lean right. Anyone ever heard of anything like this or experienced this??? I'm ttc a girl so this is kind've nerve racking.

if your uterus was sensitive enough to detect the implantation of an object smaller than the period at the end of this sentence, pregnancy would be too painful to endure.

You cannot feel implantation, you can't tell where your baby implanted on the basis of cramps, even if they are one sided. It means nothing and it is entirely down to the "geography" of your uterus - blood flow, stretching and softening tissues, etc.
