TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I'm such a boy friendly eater Have always eaten low carb, high protein so this diet has been a massive change for me. Really enjoyed eating white bread again though! Ate at 1.00pm, 6/7pm and then had a small meal like meringues and yoghurt or poptarts at 10pm. Never snacked.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
4 months. I started the diet in January quite loosely, then very strict for February and March and then loosened it up a good bit in April.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Dh ate his usual diet but gave up drinking soda in the last few weeks.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I didn't eat red meat for four months Yay! I stayed vegetarian apart from 3 or 4 times that I ate chicken and turkey (Easter and birthdays!) Always stayed under 1200 cals daily for first few months but in last month felt I wasn't ovulating so increased cals to 1500. Always kept protein low but fats were definitely a lot of days. Had a lot of cheat meals in last month (3 takeouts) but I think they all helped me to get my bfp so very happy I ate them!

Drank diet coke and highlights hot choc every day

112 lbs bmi 19
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I lost 18lbs in four months. I didn't exercise as I exercised every day when I conceived my boys.

Any additional comments?
I used opks from cd10 until cd21 and never got a positive, so I have no idea when I ovulated. I do know that we dtd on cd11, 16, 17. I know two days in a row sways blue but thought we were safe as test was still negative.

Pink outfit and wooden spoon under bed. Also got a fertility spell done.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The length of time on the diet, staying vegetarian and amount of weight loss.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Loosening up diet and stopping all supps during last month. No exercise, no j & d, no hot showers before attempts.
Things worth mentioning:
As I mentioned I never got a positive opk all cycle so was convinced my ovulation was gone therefore did not do most of the things that I had planned for my attempt. But I'm so happy to be pregnant and if I hear boy at the ultrasound I will be equally thrilled. I really really just want a healthy baby.
