I'm not watching my sodium intake & loooooove salt! So I was wondering if I was to take a diuretic maybe once or twice per week to aid in weight loss what would it sway?

I'd be careful messing about with diuretics when they're not medically necessary. It's not even known if sodium sways in any significant way.

Nope. Bad idea unless medically prescribed.

no, no, 1000 times no.

Sodium almost certainly does not sway and beyond that, you can really screw up your electrolyte levels to such an extent that you can KILL yourself taking diuretics on a lower potassium diet (which even when done properly, it's mighty tough to get gobs of potassium on LE Diet)
