Hello! I am going camping in a few days and I wanted some tips on staying on LE. I doubt I will have cell service to track my stuff on MFP and most camping food is pretty high in protein. I want to be very careful on the diet because this will be my first cycle attempting a sway. I tend not to get to my limits on protein anyway so I might allow myself a little more while up there and bring a bag or two of pasta with sauce to get by when there is nothing else (and save whatever is made for everyone's breakfast for me to eat at lunch time...but does anyone else have any tips? I am a little nervous to do anything wrong!
