Should I be trying to lose weight, or no? I'm 4'11, and pre-pregnancy my ideal weight was 98-100lbs. (Sounds like it's really low, but I'm super short!) thats the weight that I feel I look the best and feel the best.
Right when DS was conceived I gained 10lbs (manic schedule at work had me eating lots of eggs and milk multiple times a day to keep energy up!)
While PG I got up to 140lbs, then lost VERY SLOWLY down to around 110 now, 18 months postpartum.
My question is this: should I still be trying to lose weight for TTC pink? It looks like the best results are LE diet and exercise for 12weeks or so. How will I know if I'm losing too much too fast? I haven't even started exercise yet, and only been doing light LE (quit snacking and cutting back on portions, but that's it so far.)
Advice?

I would still have you lose a bit of weight if you can but I think you'd be best off starting diet with the intention of holding steady where you are, and then the weight has a way of just sneaking off over time.

For someone without much weight to spare, it's fine to lose a fair amount 3-5 lbs that first week but then it needs to slow WAYYYY down or you have to increase cals.

Ok, that seems to be what is happening. I'm hovering around the 107-111 mark.
Should I hold steady and aim for a sharp drop (like 5+lbs) around attempt? Think that would help?

I don't like sharp drops, I think they stop ovulation. Slow and steady. :)
