LE diet... What do your meals look like?

I'm having a hard time figuring out a decent days worth of food for the LE diet. What's your days worth of food look like? What are you eating?

Lunch toasted Bagel cream cheese and dinner couscous no salt butter and veggies and sour cream. Candy in between and snack 4pm yogurt!! Lots coffee in the am ill of milk and Splenda!!
