I'm planning on using antihistimines to dry up EWCM when the time comes. I already have Zyrtec (cetirizine) and was going to get Benadryl too - I had in mind that I could use Zyrtec in the morning and Benadryl before bed.

However, I've discovered that the ingredient in Bendryl in the UK is different to the US (at least I think so!). I understand that in the US it's Diphenhydramine but in the UK it's Acrivastine. There is a product here called Night Aid (for insomnia!) which contains 25mg Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride. What should I be buying?

Thanks x

When given the choice I would prob. go with the "Night Aid" simply because I KNOW that diphenhydramine (which is what Benedryl is in the US, like you said) works. And also that's because it was Zyrtec and diphenhydramine that the doctors told me were safe to take togeterh. But if you have used the acrivastine and it works for you, that's fine, I'm sure it will dry you up. I don't know that it is safe to take with the Zyrtec though.
