Diet for DH?

What's reccomended for DH diet? We don't eat red meat, so there is that. Should we both go full veggie, and drop chicken and fish too? Or just me?

My cardinal rule of swaying is, "If Daddy ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" meaning, the more we ask of our husbands, the higher the risk that they rebel and won't do ANYTHING (up to and including TTC!!)

Thus as a general rule I do not ask that DHs follow diet, and the Trivers Willard hypothesis indicates that our diets are much much much more important anyway (since it's our bodies that must grow the babies)

IF he is willing, he can cut out red meat, all meat, increase intake of soy foods and milk, and either eat lower fat OR more Omega 6 fats (or both)
