Can you tell boy/girl from this u/s pic?

HI! New here...just wondering if you can make any gender calls from these pics? 12weeks to the day. The doc guessed "boy, you'll have to let me know" so just wondering if i was possible to decipher from the pics he gave me (one has arrow). I was hoping he didnt say anything because I wanted it to be a suprise when we got our DNA bloodtest/ gender test back.
