I don't think even a VERY swollen labia and clitoris would protrude this much at 20 weeks. Swelling tends to happen later in gestation.

It might not be what you want to hear, but I'd feel safe buying boy clothes after seeing this.

No, definitely boy - it looks like the scrotum and the end of the penis on the top of that to the left hand side. You were hoping for a little girl? x

Thanks so much, Just wanted some more opinions...Having a growth scan at 30 weeks so will get it rechecked. I have a 2 year old son & was hopeing for a girl as this will be our last baby, but really happy wih another boy as long as he is healthy. I lost my mum last year & miss that mother daughter bond...happy with blue though xx
