Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Went vegetarian (had a few cheats with fish/shellfish/chicken), tried to stay within LE-limits most days and added pretty much fake sugars. Had wine to dinner maybe 3 nights a week. Didn't entirely skip breakfast like in not eating until noon, but pushed it until 10-11 and made sure to finish last meal of the day early to get 15-16 hours of fast.

Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
Cut down on red meat but had fish and chicken.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Length of the diet, loosing some weight.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not loosing weight this last cycle when we conceived and not exercising. Went for couch potato route since I could't do the exercice as much as needed for pink sway (problems with feet and back).
Things worth mentioning:
Did start with a stricter sway including j/d, antihistamines, fr etc, but dropped some things to increase chances of pg. Also used Vitex two first cyces but it messed up cycless, so dropped that as well.
