This sounds like a really silly question, but I'm going to go ahead and ask
I'm going on holiday abroad in 3 weeks and have really, really pale skin and get prickly heat. My friend recommended I go on a sunbed to get my skin ready before the holiday and to prevent the prickly heat. I've never been on one before so I thought I would go on for a couple of minutes every other day, so I don't burn as well
I just wanted to know if this will affect my TTC Pink???????. I know sunbeds are not good for you at all, but wanted to know if this will affect my Pink sway.............. daft think to think I know, but just wanted to double check
Thanks x

Sun exposure/tanning does sway blue, I would avoid the sun if you are currently TTC.

I wouldn't do it! Vit. D can sway blue and I'd just avoid it since it's not necessary.

How much sun exposure would you need to sway blue? I walk outside everyday as long as its not raining. Will that sway blue?

Thanks for your replies.
I'm worried now!!. I am going on holiday for a week and will be in the sun every day and won't be able to avoid it as I will be in the sea and pool with my Boys. It's going to be about 28c-30c every day as well. Is this really bad for my sway then???.
Thanks x

I do not have the answer to that question. I think that holing up indoors obsessing over swaying is MUCH worse than a little sunshine so I urge everyone to live their lives and get out and enjoy, regardless of how some theory indicates that it could possibly sway.

LIfe is short, there is a huge difference between avoiding things that are unnecessary like tanning, and missing out on amazing experiences that you will never have again. I think you should get out in the sun and sea and pool and live it up because you could live underground liek a mole for 6 months and still get a boy at the end of it!
