have two bottles of calcium supplements. Which is the correct form for swaying GIRL? With vitamin D or with magnesium? I know I need magnesium for a girl sway (I also take a mag supplement) but which way does Vitamin D sway?? I originally bought it knowing Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption but then questioned it thinking maybe Vit D sways blue?

Once is calcium citrate with Vitamin D - 1 serving (4 tabs) = 1000mg calcium citrate and 400iu vitamin D.

The other is calcium with magnesium - 1 serving (2 capsules) = 333mg calcium citrate and 189mg magnesium (as oxide, aspartate, and citrate)

What should I be taking for a GIRL sway??

I should add I take a prenatal that has an additional 200 mg calcium citrate, 100 mg magnesium, and 1000iu vitamin D. I also take cranberry and magnesium (200mg)

THANKS!!

I was taking tons of calcium when I conceived my son. Most ladies on here don't use calcium in their sways. Increased nutrients seem to sway blue. Atomic has an essay or two on this entitled "the calcium conundrum" its a good read! Don't take magnesium or vit d either!! And you should probably drop that prenatal and cranberry. Nutrients and vitamins sway blue!

Cranberry is supposed to lower ph but we don't know if ph even sways and its full of nutrients that sway blue. Baby aspirin 2-4 times a week is cheaper, has no nutrients that sway blue, will help with implantation, and also lowers ph.

After you read a few of Atomic's essays you'll find that a lot of the thing you are told sways pink may actually do the opposite. The essays are what I found gave me all the information I needed for our sway...whether it works? We'll see

Just take folic acid and cranberry (or instead, aspirin) - drop all other vitamins, especially the prenatal, as they sway blue.

I personally think cal-mag sways blue and got my 4th son taking a butt-ton of it. In that link above, is what I found out when I started investigating it further (it's a 3 parter, read all three). I have always done a lot of dairy so I should have known better but I got scared into taking it.

Got my dauughter with both my husband I at our lowest cal intake ever.

Vit. D we believe sways strongly blue so whatever else you do, stay away form it.
