So I would have thought that frequent use of jockstraps would sway pink. I saw things online talking about how a jockstrap can INCREASE fertility! Looks like I won't be subjecting DH to wearing a "sexy" jockstrap after all! LoL! Too bad, because some of the ones on Hot Men's Clothing | UnderGear (http://www.undergear.com) are pretty hot.

Well if my DH looked like those models then he could wear anything he wants:) Seems like those would decrease fertility and sway pink but I am no expert. My DH wouldn't touch any of those with a 10 foot pole:)

I was going to get DH some, then read online that jockstraps are used as a method of helping male fertility. Apparently they hold "the boys" further away from the body, allowing them to be a few degrees cooler.

The reason why jock use can both harm and help fertility is because men who do athletics and without support can cause injury to their testicles which over time harms fertility. But at the same time, yes, wearing jocks is also not good for fertility either and you can read tons of info from RE's and experts telling men not to use them.
Under no circumstances should a man with varicocele use a jock. no way, no how.
Underwear type are absolutely not any sort of magic pink bullet and I saw a lady get a boy with her husband wearing a jock 8 hours a day for 6 weeks.

Was this some sort of specially designed jock?? I need a link to this because most fertilty sites (including RE's and urologists) advise against them.

Nothing special that I know of. Just a random website about infertility in men. It said that a jock is usually a first reccomendation for men to improve fertility. Of I run across it again, I'll link it!

That is not at all the case and after you posted this I did a quick google and came up with dozens of hits about how bad they are for fertility from a ton of very reputable sources.

This is NOT AT ALL a credible source, in that it is not peer-reviewed; just some random opinion piece. I think this is what I saw that made me go,"waaaaaa?"

That was a sponsored article by jockstrap manufacturers.
