Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
basically vegetarian with a few cheats, fiber supps, daily limits (cals, protein, fat), peppermint tea
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Generic diet Feb - March
LE - mid March to now (June 6)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Limited red meat -- less than once per week
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
I drink caffeine via steeped tea. 1x in the am -- sometimes 1x in eve. Used to drink it all day long.
Used to eat honey nut cheeries for breakfast almost every single day...no breakfast was a HUGH change for me, as was vegetarianism

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
248
269 in Feb - lost 21 pounds mostly before mid May
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
did not do the 1 hour 5-7x per week. Did basic couch potato. Did, however, do 60 mins the day before my pos OPK. Do not think it will affect anything.
** for my boys I was 250 at BFP. 2 pounds less for this one.

1.5 (the 1 is the what I got preggo from, the 0.5 was 5 days after pos opk)

did an attempt at pos OPK (which I got super duper early - CD 10) So, I might have been 2-3 days before O

Any relevant attempt details?
I did not j&d for the attempt I believe I got pregnant on. We DTD 5 days after pos opk, but there is no way that my BFP is from that second time (I'd only be 5 DPO at BFP)
DH helps himself daily (always has). He had done so the morning of our attempt as well (because I didn't get my pos OPK until mid afternoon and had no idea it would come so early)

on prescription folic acid 5 mg due to the fact my OB believes my last m/c (2nd tri) was due to a neural tube defect

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
being on the LE diet/vegetarian for more than 2 months, usually remembering my fiber supplements
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
no exercise, cheats, not losing much wait the month before BFP
Things worth mentioning:
I hope the changes I made was enough to move me into a pinker lifestyle. At the end of the day, I just want another healthy baby. I hope with all my heart that this baby bean sticks and is healthy. If the baby is a girl, I will consider myself triple blessed!
