Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I did a mix of LE (PCOS style)
I couldn't say no to everything and had cravings. So I mainly ate 2 meals a day. (sweets were in those meals) or sometimes three but I tried to keep it close together so I had a long time with out eating.
Skipped breakfast, almost no meat.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
at least 6 months (but I've been dieting for 2,5 years with periods between of no dieting)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
No meat. He drank soy every day.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I've been walking since december. trying an hour a day.
I've intensified this since april
It went very well in april and also in may) (had one week or so with less walking)
I dropped a pound before O and wasn't losing any weight what so ever for months.

My OPK's were weird. I thought my OPK's were getting darker on monday. then orderd new ones. they were clear but not positive on teusday. In the evening they were light and I thought I missed positive OPK. we BD that night.
but the next Day I had a real positive OPK. and major O paines around 11. o clock.

I also drank Pepperminttea. I dropped Vitex this month. for having very mild periods.
I did forget Fiber a lot. And tried coconutwater every day

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I did this a long time. lots was happening with my body. it took me 5months to concieve (with 2 of my sons it was 1 month the other 5)
I think excercise went well! I was exhausted. and had lots joint pains.
I think I kept diet within range because of only eating 2 meals a day and no meat
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I did sin a lot I think (for PCOS style)
I was a bit lose in 1 of the 2 WW
I forgot fibre and stopped Vitex that month.
Things worth mentioning:
This is my first baby concieved by new moon! the others were by full moon
