Cyprus microsort with IUI or IVF/no PGD

Has anyone done microsort with IUI or IVF with no PGD in Cyprus? I have concerns that my old eggs do not do well with 5 day culture. I'm wondering if there is any success without it done in Cyprus.

Others can correct me if I am wrong but I think you can only do that in the North Cyprus clinic and they have a terrible success rate/reputation.

Genesis, in South Cyprus, do not do Microsort - but Dr S has his own sperm sort that seems to work.
