Not sure if there's a thread on here on this already ( did check but only using tapatalk) and wondering if anyone has any breakfast meal ideas.
I've decided to have breakfast and diner! No lunch.
So what are some breakfast LE options?
Thanks =)

I thought that the reason for not having breakfast was not to do with only having 2 meals a day..... More to do with having a longer fast in a 24 hour period and so blood sugars kept low?

P.S if you get the 21 day diet guide it does give breakfast options

One idea is 1 or two slices of toast with no added sugar strawberry jam? with a side order of peppermint tea sounds delish!

You can have 2 or 3 meals (or even 4 if you need to now and then), the skipping breakfast thing is just to extend that length of time you go without any food coming in.
Skipping breakfast is no magic bullet anyway, just something that might help a bit. Several people have not been able to do that due to work obligations and still gotten girls. :)

Cherry there are several things in the LE Diet section of the Dream Members forum, and if you are a Custom Sway person there are tons of breakfasty things in the 5 day sample (I had thought you were a Custom Person but maybe I am confused???)
Anyway, cutting to the chase here, for those who choose to include brekkie it's best to stick to either pure protein (will not raise blood sugar) or pure carbs (will raise BS but then it will quickly drop lower than it was to start wtih) IF you have PCOS, IR, or switch to one of the lower carb alt. diets for egg health it's best to do the protein. Otherwise at your discretion.

I was a custom sway person but I'm sure that expired now? However I am a dream never.
