I remember reading something about 18 months ago about how acidphilus seems to be swaying boy rather than girl?

The yoghurt I'm having daily has lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus ....

Should I stop eating my yoghurt?

the type of probiotics in yogurt are mostly killed by your stomach acid and do not survive to make it into your guts . The stuff to avoid is the pills that don't dissolve till they are in your intestines and there they set up shop and start making nutrients and helpiing to digest foods.
