just a quick question regarding the le diet,i have decided not to purchase any plans or anything due to financial situations,i know there are a few other people who havent either, but how do we know if were doing it right?
didnt want to ask this without sounding cheeky as i know there arent that as many options or info for a free member, but im on the diet now and just wondered how do i know im doing it right?
it just feels quite easy at the moment,i thought the diet was going to be really hard but its not as hard as i imagined thats why im not sure if what im eating is right. :worry:

everyone has these thoughts whether they have a personalised plan or not. I still have these thoughts!!! And Ive been doing the diet for nearly 8 months. If you are sticking to the totals and generally having less than before you will be doing it right no matter what you are eating.

I do my best to help everyone regardless of their ability to pay, and if you have specific questions about how you are doing, please feel free to post. We are kind of on the honor system around here where those who can, buy a plan, and that enables me to help those who cannot. :)

I think it's best to lose weight slowly anyway, that way it's less of a risk for stopping ovulation.

Is this really not ok? I've been wanting to lose a bit for a while so its really good for me.I used to be 7 stone after I gave birth to my youngest 8 year ago.knowing me I'm usually up and down on the scales anyway.I could be back up to 9 stone 1 in a few days

you are losing quite rapidly and that much weight loss in so little time can stop your ovulation.
You don't WANT to have to regain weight to get pregnant.
