Ladies, I am all kinds of confused.
I got a positive OPK this morning on a digi (smiley!). BUT...I barely have any ovulation signs (just the beginning), I generally ovulate later in my cycle (day 18-22 instead of 16, which is tomorrow). And I just had a chemical pregnancy where I bled a bit longer than average. So it seems exceptionally early.
But the biggest part is that when you take the digi stick out of the holder, when you have positive tests, the test line is darker or just like the control line (just like a standard OPK). But mine was still faint like a negative line, despite having a smile?? I've never had that happen before.
Because our sway is light and really only includes scant diet changes, we were hoping to do the one attempt to up our chances slightly for a girl. But what the heck do I do with this information?? DTD and hope? DTD tonight and then again in four days? Not DTD and wait to see if I continue to get a smile tomorrow? Screw the month entirely? Lol.
Any words of wisdom?
If it helps, this is what our non-sway sway looks like: OLE for DH, a bit of abstaining (just a week, instead of more frequent BDing), lower blood sugar (skipping breakfast, not snacking), losing weight (but not really LE diet, just less food overall, my fat and protein are much higher than LE), breast feeding, baby aspirin for me, refresh, and then one attempt was in the plans.
