So here is my chart from Ds 4.
You guys are masters at translating these things. Did I OV on cd 13 or 14? Having Ty 2nd very +opk (both were very true positives) I have never been sure.
I'm just wondering if this chart looked so boy right off the bat, or if my own attempt at +opk was a girl sway...?
My diet was not at all girl away after all the research I've read here... I was very healthy - even though I was the lowest weight Id been since high school, I was working out with weights and eating balanced (low cal but really high protein) and of course prenatals.
Thoughts?

I think you O'd on CD14. That aligns with your +OPK as well, you will usually O 8 - 48 hours after first +OPK (average 24).
I don't think there's anything about charting that can suggest boy or girl. And it's impossible to make a guess on your new bub...but I hope you get your girl!

Day 14 makes sense with the ride in temp right?
I charted to try and apply shettles (using a cut off, buy we dtd and then I got my *opk 2 days early than I normally did. ). This time I'll chart temps and opks, cm and position but I can't decide if well bother with a cut off, or the every 4 days thing that's popular.

There is absolutely ZERO way to predict the gender of your baby on the basis of a chart.,
It doesn't matter one iota when you ovulated. No real way to know without an ultrasound. If I had to guess I'd say CD 13 but it's only that, a guess.

I really, really advise against getting all fired up for temping and charting and monitoring CP for a pink sway, it doesn't tell you anything reliable (studies have proven that it's only possible to acccurately detect day of ovulation 30% of the time from charting) and it's just another thing to obsess over.

I would have thought cd13 due to first time rise 48hrs after your first +opk meaning possible ov 24hrs later. But then again I too am new to this but that first rise after the dip in line with pos test is what I was looking for myelf x

I guess - I was more asking about when I dtd in relation to o day, but I know you don't believe in timing. Just we had one attempt at opk... Probably the same path I'll go this next time :/

When you've seen as many timing opposites as I have, it's hard not to cringe inwardly when I see people start obsessing over old charts. The obsessing actually sways. The timing of DTD relative to ovulation doesn't. So I get nervous about it and would prefer you didn't concern yourself over it. :)
