Hi ladies I am new here.
I have 3 children my eldest a boy aged 4 my middle a girl (stillborn at 41weeks) she should be 22months and my rainbow a boy who is 1 in exactly a week.
I am looking for tips on lowering ph quickly to increase my chances of a baby girl. I already eat mainly chicken and rice with broccoli and carrots or peas. Trying not to eat breakfast. Cut out tomatoes bananas and potatoes (but been on hol and have had chips a couple of times)
Hope someone can help me thank you
Becky xx

Welcome to the site! Take some time to read through some of the articles. Ph may not be a giant factor in swaying as all sperm need ph to survive...low ph does not just kill xy sperm, it kills all of it. But, aspartame lowers it quickly, so I incorporated diet soda I to my own sway. Most of us swaying pink followed the "low everything" diet- low protein, fat, calorie, nutrient. It may seem overwhelming at first because there is a lot of great information but everyone is so helpful!

Thank you I've looked at the successful sways to see similarities between all successful but in all honestly they are all very different. From caffeine to no caffeine and dtd 4days prior to ov to the day of ov. It's All so confusing. All I hope is to give my body the best chance to let the x get there before the y. Due to ov in the next few days and not even dtd yet :o x

Bekki, had you looked at the sway stats thread? It's got all the numbers compiled from all the sways entered & gives a good idea of what is & isn't working.

Baby aspirin is low dose aspirin. I think someone said in England they were orange & chewable. They're about half the dose of normal aspirin.

With the stats, the most important in my opinion is the inverse number, which helps tell us if doing that tactic gets better results than not doing it.

There was a couple reasons. Hopefully I don't get them wrong:/ one I know for sure is it is high in nutrition, so same reason it is suggested to skip a prenatal. I think it is a blood thinner also. I don't think atomic ever said it was good to take the aspirin and cranberry together.

I hope I am not confusing reasons, but I do know for sure cranberry for DW is a no no.
;) ;)

I am so sorry for your loss.

I am no longer at all convinced pH does anything and it's proven that diet does not lower pH. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html

you do not need and in fact SHOULDN'T cut out potassium foods if you're doing LE Diet. You can die from too little potassium and need 2500-3500 mg a day.

Supplements sway blue.

For people who have been dieting very strictly for many months I do have a set of supps I add in sometimes. Never prenatals.

Anyone eating chicken regularly and using iodized salt for their sodium intake, however, does not need to do this because the nutrients I add are present in chicken and the iodized salt will take care of iodine.

Chicken, rice, pasta is a starvation diet and I do not advise that for TTC pink. You need SOME nutrients in fruits and veg or you can make yourself very ill.

You are really kind of shooting yourself in the foot because on the one hand, the chicken and pasta have some nutrients that may even sway blue in high enough quantities, but at the same time you aren't getting some other critical nutrients!! please up intake of fruit and veg right away!

If it was easy to figure out, we'd all know just what to do! :)

Different people have to use different tactics sometimes because not everyone can get pregnant with a super strict sway.

I can say for certain 100% that caffeine does NOT sway blue. That one is totally debunked. Some people still include it but there is no point, it doesn't work and higher than normal caff intake may even HELP a pink sway.

I am not a fan of cranberry AT ALL for the reasons outlined in the essay, but since no one ever reads them ;) cranberry has nutrients that may sway pink, but more importantly, you cannot take it in the 2WW (causes miscarriage) and so you have to stop and start them suddenly. This is a dangerous thing to do and can cause your blood to go from very thin to suddenly clotting too easily, possibly setting up for potentially fatal blood clots.

Aspirin is best because you can take it all month long and wean off gradually at bFP.

DH can take cranberry because he does not have to stop and start it.

Never take both aspirin and cran and do not take either of them with Sudafed. I don't want any ladies taking Sudafed, it causes strokes in young women esp. when taken with blood thinners (like aspirin and cranberry)

Thank you atomic. If I don't get a positive test this month should I buy rephresh instead? Also am interested in a customised diet plan but it's not coming up on my phone x

I think you have to go online (not suing the app) I'm going to get it too. I just have to recover from excessive spending on scentsy products :/ lol

I don't think the RepHResh is getting the results we would need to see to justify its existence and the trouble it causes (reduced odds of conception) but a lot of people do want to try it at least one or two months. always up to you.

I do not do customized diets. I have the 21 days of diet book which has lots of good stuff in it, and then I have the Custom Sway plans with the coaching where I help you with diet for the 6 month period of your coaching. :)
