Please guess - boy or girl???

My good friend has asked me to post this to help her find out what her first baby will be! I can just about make out what I think is a nub, and am hoping some of you can guess!

The ultrasound was taken at 12 weeks and 1 day gestation.

Is that not the nub sticking up a bit next to the thigh bone? I'm definitely not an expert but I thought it was?
