I tried adding fiber to my diet a few days ago and I am thinking it was giving me some belly pains. The first time I took 2 with supper. The next day I only took 1 again with supper. I haven't took it since because I was pretty uncomfortable.

I couldn't really find much reading on here about it. Maybe I should take one every other day at first for my body to get used to it? What is everyone else doing??

Yes, start small with the fiber. Only with meals containing fat. If you don't tolerate it well, try a different kind.
