12+6 shot- any clues?

So I know this isn't a nub shot (tech didn't take any pics when baby was in profile which was most of the scan!)
But I *think* I see something between the legs like a white spot that I think might be sticking up since it's brighter white than everything around it (it seems parts of the body that are higher up are brighter white?)
Anyone have any idea? I was planning on staying team green, but that spot has me wondering if it's boy <319687

Another thing- the tech asked me, "did you find out gender from the Panorama results?" and I said, "no when they asked me if I wanted them to test for gender I said no" then she said, "so you don't want to find out?" And I said "no" and this was the only pic she gave me, lol. When she was doing the scan I had to be on my side to get baby to move and I couldn't see the screen very well to be honest so don't know if I saw a nub, but she got all the measurements she needed for the NT and had baby in profile all that time but didn't take a pic! I prefer to have a profile pic to look at for memories anyway, so a bit disappointed this is the only shot she gave me and now I'm thinking a profile shot might have been obvious so she didn't give me one since I said I wasn't finding out?

Thanks! I don't think I'd be trying to find any chutes if she hadn't said what she did! Funny how I overanalyze what people say :)
