Hello,
With DD, I used to eat Porridge made with milk and added Lineseed & flaxseed in the mix. Does this sway pink?
I also used to drink warm water first thing in the morning with some squeezed lemon and then wait a couple of hours before breakfast, as I heard it was good to cleanse body from toxins, but I do not recall if I continued it up to conceiving DD.
With DS, I let go of previous routine and used to drink milk with toast with cheese or olive oil and honey.
Logically, I would think this would not make a difference, but I am wondering if it did. Does Flaxseed & Linseed sway pink? How about porridge?
Any input you may have on breakfast routines above and what they sway, would be great. I was especially curious on flaxseed and linseed and whether they sway in any direction...
Thanks a bunch

I woudln't use it for either.
the type of fats in those seeds, if you ate more of them than you did Omega 3 and animal fats, can sway pink. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/39013-skinny-fats-pink-blue.html But it has to be quite a bit MORE of that kind of fat than the other kind (blue swayers do sometimes take flaxseed but they take it with fish oil). And it's also very healthy, the porridge (oatmeal for those in the US) may sway blue, and there are also some hormonal affects of flaxseed that it's not at all clear HOW it sways.

Thank you Atomic, I did think it was still a very healthy breakfast despite of my conceiving a girl...
I was eating more white meat & fish as well but I felt overall I was healthier with less fat intake than when conceiving DS
Biggest difference I noticed was the EWCM and I had a lot when conceiving DS unlike DD.
I was even wondering if having a child for some women mean a more open cervix and so more cervical fluid, would that even be a sway blue factor?
That being said, I do know diet & exercise also affect EWCM production and are probably more important than above speculations in swaying pink...
Thank you again

It may also matter whether the fat in your diet is coming more from vegetable vs. animal fat.
A girl friendly diet can be very healthy for heart health and cancer prevention, it's that it may reduce fertility to some extent which seems to sway pink.
Your cervix being open or shut doesn't matter, but more EWCM can make a difference, we believe. The cervix is designed to make EWCM no matter if you've had a child or not. That you had more wiht your son indicates to me that you were probably a bit higher in fertility and your body had more raw materials to make EWCM with. :)

Very Interesting, I did not realise that earlier, thank you Atomic!

Oh yeah, I ate oatmeal every single day when I was swaying for my boy...and I got him! Have you considered skipping breakfast? It's one of the girl sway tactics...
