Not sure what to think. My OPK was positive (or alllllmost positive) on Monday. Yesterday is was positive and today it's SUPER positive. WTH?! How long can an LH surge possibly last?

I'm not doing cutoff or O+12 since it takes me a while to get pregnant anyway, plus I'm using RepHresh and I really want to get pregnant quickly. Monday we weren't able to BD because DH wasn't feeling well. We did BD last night, though. This morning I had EWCM and my cervix was REALLY high which made me think I was Oing this morning. But, now that I have another positive OPK I'm wondering if that means I haven't Oed yet and I'm still surging. I don't temp so CM/CP and OPKs are my only indicators of O.

Should we BD again just in case? I really want to get pg this month. I feel good about it, my pH has been nice and low and everything... Ugh.:worry:

maybe you've OVing from both sides at once? or maybe your body is just being a bit slower than average to build up enough hormone to trigger the OV and needs a bit more of a nudge this month?

you'll probably OV on the day of/day after the last positive OPK, so either today or tomorrow. if it's still high I'd assume you haven't OVed yet

I would definately dtd again, mine was positive for 3 days and I still don't really know when I ovulated! If you're not worried about timing, what have you got to lose? Gl!!!

Well, we didn't BD. :( Cervix is really low now so maybe I already Oed. Who knows...I'm so confused!!

you've still BDed in one of the most fertile days (the day of OV and the 2 days before it) - so you stand a good chance of getting a pregnancy

fingers crossed!

Mine stayed positive for days as well. I went by my first real positive (I used a digi to be sure) and eventually stopped testing because it was driving me nuts. I used cervix position and softness and cm to tell when O had happened - the change was sudden and dramatic, and I'm 99% sure I got it right. For the record, I used an OPK several days after O, and it was still almost +.

I don't know yet! If I was pregnant would the OPK stay positive? I was kinda wondering that but didn't want to say it. LOL

Almost positive means it's NOT positive. Throw that one out. Your body makes LH all the time, only when it's REALLY TRULY darker than the control line, is your OPK positive. That was a "fade in" pattern where you get a darker but not pos test a day or two before the actual positive, and it's actually pretty useful for swaying.

Plus, it is TOTALLY possible to have a pos OPK for more than one day. Here is a link to a great page about OPK that explains this in more detail. http://www.peeonastick.com/opkfaq.html#3

I agree with Rainbow, you may have also possibly double Oed and had an extra long surge.

When in doubt, if you really want to get pg, ALWAYS DTD even if it's prob. fine not to. When in doubt, if you want to have the best sway possible and you don't feel good about it, then DON'T DTD, even if it's probably fine to go ahead.

That happened to me last month. I think I might have ovulated on both sides.
