Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
No Breakfast
Limited Meat, & changed my usual pre- pregnancy health kick limited certain fruits/ veggies.
Lots of diet drinks & Equal!!
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Roughly 6 months ( with lots of cheats, if I am honest) :)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
Weekly/ Fortnightly Binge Drinker.
Lots of caffeine
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

Breakfast- Diet Drink/ Coffee
Lunch- Cheese Sandwich, cucumber, apple
Dinner- Past, Rice occasional meat & veg
Several diet drinks daily & equal in coffee.
Did have several cheat days over the 6 months :( :(

We conceived first cycle after return of my post partum period, this ended in a miscarriage at 5 weeks.

We then conceived roughly two weeks after the miscarriage, was very surprised to get a BFP :)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
- Weight loss
- Currently Tandem Feeding my youngest beautiful boys.
- Pre conceiving lifestyle change ( very different to when I conceived my boys)
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
- Lots of diet cheats
- wasn't planning on conceiving straight after miscarriage , so unsure of when I conceived :)
Things worth mentioning:
[I] I truly adore my three children & feel very blessed to have my daughter & both my sons.
I am thrilled my two beautiful boys have a brother & I would love my darling daughter to have a Sister. However four has always been our magic number & we will be grateful & happy with a healthy baby of either gender x [/Forgot to add that i was really really sick during our the time we conceived with a horrible virus! The sickest I have been my entire life ( Just saw that sickness may sway pink, so thought I should add that) :)


We sadly lost our little baby at 12 weeks, we are beyond heartbroken. We look forward to completing our family when our hearts have had time to heal. Blessings xx
