Hi ladies,

Could I have your expert advice pls? :o)


I'm planning to be on LE diet and skipping breakfast for around 12 weeks prior to first attempt. I just wanted to check a couple of things:

- do I need to start fibre supp at the same time as starting LE?

- when should I start baby aspirin?

- when should I start 5/6x 60 mins cardio a week? (I'm already jogging for 40mins 3x a week)

I'm going to do one attempt as well. Is there anything else I should be doing/including?

Just bumping this up for you really as I'm no expert and haven't started swaying myself yet :)

1)yes

2)start with low dose asap 2 or 3 a week, you can gradually increase over time, but no more than 5 per week

3)minimum 6 weeks before. has a lot to do with the level of weight you can spare

There are tons of tactics out there but I think diet + fiber, exercise, and one attempt have got best results
