Is it okay to feel sooo good during a girl sway??

Joking apart, I feel so good during this LE diet. No meat, lots of vegetables, no snacking and low insulin due to fasting periods (breakfast skipping) make me feel very healty.
The other opint is daily exercising. One hour daily but not to intensive makes me feel so well-adjusted.
And one or two glasses of alcohol in the evening ....

Honestly, girls are conceived when women are in a bad condition. But I feel better than ever. I have so much energy! Are you girls feeling the same???

I do not want to get pregnant ..... (joking )

I feel awful. Knackered all the time to the point im trying to stay awake frm about 1pm onwards. In all fairness though my boys are very early risers (4:15 this morning) and my littlest wakes in the night.

I'm happy to be losing weight but don't have much energy. I'm in the 2ww now so have happily eaten Chinese tonight and a chocolate orange! ; )

im sick of kept reminding myself of what foods to avoid when thinking of my lunch and breakfast. At times, I would like to eat freely.
My body is more tired since Im into LE diet (looks like my body prefered more sodium/potassium) 😄

I felt great too, for about 2 weeks. I'm on week 3 of cardio and I'm so tired! I'm taking that as a good thing tho. I can see how many women would be eating like this and exercising and thinking they are so healthy and then not be able to get pg!

I felt the same at first too! But now I'm always feeling tired since I've been on this diet for almost 5 months. I miss my healthy foods. I've been craving a handful of almonds lately!

I have been doing LE diet for 4 weeks and although finding it easy I am hating it - very tired but not able to sleep, skin an nails terrible ..... I would murder for an avocado and spinach protein smoothie which I drank every day before!

I found it easy in the respect...I ate so little that I didn't have to think about food all the time. For lunch I'd have a cheese and salad sandwich or bagel and dinner I'd have a salad and couscous. I have to say it was nice not having to buy/cook meat but I have missed going out for lunch for a burger! Also, I've been strict upto ovulation then given up until AF started then got back on the diet again. This is my 2nd month ttc. Also forcing yourself to exercise when you are so tired and hungry has been hard. But if I get my girl then every sacrifice will have been worth it! Fingers crossed.

Thanks for your answers!

Interesting, as I sayed I never feel tired! I hope do not interpred LE diet wrong?

I eat about 1500 kcal a day. I skip breakfast; No snacking. For lunch I have for example spaghetti with vegetables or a shelf made burrito with rice, sour cream and zucchini. I eat a lot of strawberries (grow in the garden at the moment, luckily) and shelf made white bread. To be on the safe side, I skip meat, tomatoes and potatoes.

My BMI is 19. It was always like this, around 20. Since I am serioisly on LE diet for now 6 weeks I lost 2 kg = 4.4 lbs (do not want to loose more).

I think it is great you feel good! I hate this diet and will be off it the second I see 2 lines. LOL I miss eating what I am hungry for, and I definitely don't crave salads anymore. I miss snacking and just not thinking about calories and fat. But it isn't for forever and I would be thrilled to have a daughter so I am trying to think more positively about it. :)

I'm not ttc until Dec or early next year so I am on a light sway and feel tired...can't imagine how I will feel once I ramp it up.

I felt really good on LE. I've been eating more meat lately and feel very moody. I felt physically good and emotionally ok when I conceived my daughter despite having a lot of negative things going on.

"bad condition" is a pretty relative term...I am not convinced that we can FEEL this change. THere are too many people walking around out there getting boys and girls without even thinking about it.

anyone who is really craving a particular food, eat it!!! CHeating is not only allowed but encouraged on LE!

Yeah I think many of the LE principles are totally great. Less to no meat, salads to help fill you up,etc. But I do think small meals throughout the day, a little snacking, and no counting calories are much more enjoyable :)

I agree, the le diet suits me, I does not feel like a diet, the fact that I can have bread and sweets stuff is really up my street. I drink diet coke if am hungry in between my two meals. If I really want something I have it but try to limit that as much as possible, I have found when you give yourself permission to have something if you want, the desire for it goes down as opposed to increasing if you deny.

:agree: I agree totally and I think it makes it easier to stick to even regular diets too if you keep that principle in mind. :)
