Am I going to miss my window?

I'm a PITA I know. Sorry.

Question: blaring + OPK this am (5:00 am to be exact), lots of pain and pressure. I think I will O sometime today judging by the pain down there. Can't BD until tonight around 9ish or so. Will I miss my window?

You can't tell when you're going to ovulate on the basis of ovulation pains and honestly, it really doesn't matter anyway, does it?? Either you'll be in time or not, and nothing that I or anyone says is going to make the outcome any different. Have your attempt and then mentally turn it over to whatever higher power you believe in (even if it's Lady Luck!)

If this is your first positive OPK, I seriously doubt you are going to ovulate that quickly after the first positive. The pains really are not very instructive and many of us find the pains are worse the day BEFORE O day (kind of like having a big zit really hurts for a couple days before you can actually pop it)

Nah. I think you'll be fine (although I am not a psychic! Lol). This last cycle I has a positive OPK about 36 hours before we could BD. And we got pregnant. I doubt you will ovulate that quickly after the first positive either. Although every woman is different! Have an attempt and keep your fingers crossed!
