I brought my little girl home from the hospital tonight :) she had on a dress and tights!! So happy she's here safe and sound. It's unreal. Not sunk in yet!! Xx

She wakes a lot and won't sleep in her bed even less! She is quite gassy so screams when she wakes up a few of the times:( all my kids are horrendous sleepers at the start:/

She's beautiful Mrs. I!!! One thing I hope all of our girls grow up to do is love themselves!!! I went to a baby shower yesterday for my cousin who is having a girl. They had a little tree there and you hang a wish for the baby on it. I thought it was so clever. And I knew right away what my wish for that little baby girl would be!! Congrats again ladies!!!

Sorry for the MIA... Last week was rough went into early labor Wed night the 5th, then stalled out so they gave me a shot of Morphine and sent me home to get some sleep. My mom and I spent most of Thursday walking the mall trying to make something happen but NADA! When I left the hospital the night before I was 3cm 80% effaced and -1 station. I didn't have many contractions all of Thursday the 6th. My mom came down to take care of the kids and not knowing when I was actually going to go into labor we decided she could just take the kids for the weekend up to their house. I was Super tired Thursday afternoon and just spent it sleeping. Got up for maybe 2 hrs for dinner then went back to bed. My hubby thinks great no kids no work he is going to stay up late and play computer games. Just before 2am I woke up to some really strong contractions but wasn't going to get excited about it...been there done that! They were coming about 6 minutes apart but still I wasn't going to read into it. Hubby came to bed just after 2am...he brushed his teeth and got ready for bed, crawled in to get cozy. I got up to go pee and wouldn't you know it my WATER BREAKS! First time it has broken on it's own! Ctx kick up to 4 mins apart and I say in a grunt it's time. lol I literally had on one of his tshirts and threw on a pair of sweats and shuffled out the door in total disarray! We get to the hospital and they wheel me back around 3:15 Ctx were right on top of each other so I said yes to an epidural. I had the worst labor shakes, I hurt so much and was so cold. Once that epidural hit I felt soooo much better! My midwife said once my water broke I just went straight into transition as I went from 4-10 in just over an hour. I was complete by the time the epidural took effect so my midwife let me rest for a bit then I began pushing at 6am. My baby girl was born at 6:27am Nov 7th. Her name is Mikayla Isabella and I just can't put her down. She is just perfect and I'm so in love! I feel so complete now and my hubby has even agreed to get snipped! Her eyes look brown here but it's still up in the air the dr and my husband say they will be blue, I can't tell yet. It would be awesome if they are as my 3 boys all have blue eyes but none the less I think she is gorgeous! :)

Congrats to everyone and their beautiful babies!! I have been really bad about checking in. Wanted to update that Sydney was born on Nov 6th. This is a picture we had taken when she was 2 days old. The boys are so in love with her and my daughter is still trying to figure out what is going on:) Life with a 15 month old and a newborn is hectic to say the least. Hardest thing is going to be trying to figure out how to get everyone out of the house for school.

I'm having a hard time with my now 21 month old. He's at last ok with the baby but I am having a hard time meeting everyone's needs and getting anything done:( it's hard having 2 babies hey?:(

How are all the kidlets going? Sonny is 6 weeks old and is smiling and rolling from tummy to back. He is growing so fast it is making me sad! I'm loving this newborn stage and its so much easier the second time around.

Peebles what a clever boy sonny is! Eva has a nasty cold and chest infection. She was 4 weeks yesterday. She is now 7lb 6 oz. So almost a gain of a lb since birth. I'm enjoying breastfeeding and all the baby nuggles. My eldest adores her and wants to hold her all the time. The youngest loves to kiss her but is a bit of a whirlwind so can be too heavy handed with feet flailing about near her!! That's stressful! The middle one is too young to be left with her but gives her cuddles and kisses goodnight. I'm still coming to terms with the fact she is a girl. It still feels so surreal. Even dh still has wow moments. She is still mainly sleeping,pooping, and letting off wind!! Although little periods of waking. She's quite poorly tho and being sick after feeds from the phlegm. Sure we'll have a few cluster feeding days once she feels better as I was engorged with her not feeding as much and having shorter feeds. It's hard when they're so little and feeling rough. She lost her voice too so was squeaking!
Anyone wants to be fb friends send me a message. I'd love to share pics of the babies getting big from our little group!
I hope the girls who don't come on anymore are enjoying their babies. Hopefully they'll update at some point.

Hi girls! It's been a long time since I've been on. I'm glad everyone is doing well. I went back to work on 11/20 and wow was that ever bittersweet! My baby boy turned 3 months old on Sunday (11/30) and the time is going SOOO fast! Its nice to have more adult socialization but boy is it hard being away from him!! Especially since he really prefers to nurse vs. the bottle & has refused to eat!22404 Here is a pic of all 3 kiddos! Riley was so done w/ pics @ this point lol but I just had his 3 month ones done that turned out great!!

My sister wrote a comment on Facebook saying 'my sisters daughter' and I was thinking 'whoa, I have a daughter!' It feels surreal, but like I always knew I would have her but never thought I would all at the same time. It's a dream come true honestly, and mostly just this gigantic weight lifted off my shoulders that I don't have to think about it anymore, the what ifs! I wish that for everyone here, that contentment, whichever you are blessed with:)

For me its so strange knowing my dd is in my arms but it still feels surreal. It's not sunk in yet 5 weeks later. It's still wow. Still a shock of reality saying "her" followed by wow lol. Still think of her as a boy baby automatically. And I'm surrounded by pink ... Yet I don't feel like a girl mum quite yet. Strange, it was a quicker transition becoming a mum first time. I guess after a decade of believing your hearts desire would never actually happen, more so after each passing year, it's taking a while to sink in! I truly had no hope this time. Biggest shock of my life, and best present dh has ever given me (along with my 3 gorgeous boys!) xx
