Take supplements tonight??

Hi ladies..I took my Vitex this morning and I take one at night with one SP. I just got a positive opk so will be attempting..do I take my usual night time supplements tonight?? I know we are suppose to stop them when we ovulate..so just making sure on what to do :-) Thank you!

Are you temping? I would always wait until temp confirmed o to stop supps bc opks can be misleading for me. I sometime got a few positives before the real deal.

I'd probably have you stop them, because sometimes even with a pos OPK they can delay O by a few days if you continue them. I'm not sure there is any right or wrong answer and it may be different for everyone.
