I was wondering this and tried looking up on dr google but, during 2ww does having pms= not pregnant?
Im wondering because most months I get similar symptoms in 2ww and when I start feeling the farmiliar pms symptoms at 7/8dpo I feel like im out.
Or can u be pregnant and still experience pms? before implantation occurs.

As far as I know pms symptoms are caused but the fluctuation in hormones so could be either as hormones play a part in af and pregnancy

I have terrible pms and it literally feels like im pregnant for a week every month. I'm so emotional i have nausea and horrid bloating. All what I got when I got pregnant too so I dont think there's any signs to say you're out before af arrives

No, it doesn't mean that at all. Very similar hormonal fluctuations occur both when pg and when not pg.

7 dpo is too darn early for pg symptoms to really start kicking in anyway. THe symptoms you experience at that stage are called "the secondary estrogen surge" and it can cause PMS and lots of other symptoms. Happens both when pregnant and not pregnant, it's just your body releasing a little poof of estrogen to maintain the lining and allow a pregnancy to occur.
