I've been prescribed 50mg Clomid for days 3-7 for the coming month. (I'm about 4dpo of a miss cycle now, so another couple of weeks till I start it.)
I want to make sure I don't take anything during my AF-O phase while on the Clomid that is contraindicated or will affect its efficacy, so anyone's advice is appreciated! (I'm sure a few of my blue pals will respond, I just wanted to throw this out there.)
Here is what I take daily:
Prenatal w/ DHA
DHEA (75mg, had a bit of TT in it)
Vit D
Vit E (400iui)
Royal Jelly/Bee Pollen capsule
Antioxidant Multi (has a slew of stuff in it....can list if need be)
Co-Q10 (100mg)
Zinc (30mg)
Fish Oil (1000mg)
Flax Oil (1000mg)
EPO (1200mg)
Wheatgrass mixture in juice
Thanks for any input!

Huni, I don't have an answer, but maybe it's better to post this question in HT boards? :luck:

Thanks, ladies! Even the wheatgrass, M? I had heard that was not good.

Oh, right on, thanks Atomic! I am hoping this is it. I am getting TIRED of this! My doctor knows I ovulate on my own, but her thinking was if I was not deterred by the twinning factor, there is a chance that the Clomid would help a more mature egg pop out. She says it is currently not proven to help with egg quality at all, but we both were like well, why not try it?

I'm glad you asked this Lola, as I could do with the answers too ;)
I seem to be confusing myself (and probably everyone else I've told) about wheatgrass and Clomid. In the link Atomic attached if you read to the end you'll see I asked about Clomid and she told me it was fine as it can help with the uterine lining. When I was googling whether you can take it with Clomid I found that it can lower FSH levels and therefore, as a precaution, shouldn't be taken with Clomid. So I don't know?
I also thought you couldn't take EPO with Clomid because EPO elevates estrogen?

To the best of my knowledge, wheatgrass, EPO and Clomid are safe to take together. In fact EPO may HELP you get pg on Clomid http://www.amazingpregnancy.com/pregnancy-articles/445.html
That is an interesting point about the FSH and wheatgrass but if your FSH is too high to begin with, the Clomid isn't going to work anyway.

I think I'm going to just keep up my regimen AF-O as I would and see what happens! Hopefully several months of DHEA, antioxidants and Clomid will yeild me a good egg! Thanks again for the info, ladies!
