My husband and I have three boys and we are planning our fourth soon. There is so much information! This baby will be after I have had weightloss surgery 18 months ago, so maybe that will better my chances? I have seen conflicting information on when to dtd. I track o by temping, do I need to watch ph too? Any help would be awesome thanks!

Hi and welcome :). Most people do one attempt when they get a + opk. I will look for the pH essay in a min. You could also do the 60 mins cardio a day which is getting great results for pink. Hopefully someone will pop in that knows something about Le diet after surgery :). All the best for your sway!

read atomics essays, avoid other sites (if you look at the stats you'll see why) and you'll not be confused for much longer. Or you can purchase a plan and take all the leg work out of it, Happy Swaying

In my signature below there is a link to the Complete Index which has a lot of good stuff alphabetized for easier use.

I've seen good results for pink after weight loss surgery, nothing is 100% of course, and MOST importantly above all else you need to continue eating the right nutrients for your health.

Exercise is getting spectacular results for us and if you still have a bit of weight left to spare I'd def. include it.

assuming that's why you;re tracking your cycles, the case against timing is here :http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7691-trouble-timing.html
