So you need your baby's CRL (crown Rump Length) and NT numbers, from u/s scans around 12 weeks. You put the numbers in here Crown Rump Length and Nuchal Translucency Calculator (http://www.perinatology.com/calculators/Crown%20Rump%20and%20Nuchal%20Translucency.htm) and get NT value in percentiles.

Below 50 percentiles should be :XX:
Above 50 percentiles should be :xy:

my daughter was my second largest baby so I'm not too sure this works.

REmember, Janet Reno and Danny DeVito - even though most men are bigger than most women, that doesn't mean there aren't still many women who are bigger than many men. :)
