Hi. Any help wld b really appreciated. I tend to have a meal about 7pm and try to go through without eating breakfast until the following day around 11am. Wld it be ok to have a small cup of warm milk in the evening around 9pm and also a cup of coffe in the morning around 10am? Also is it ok to drink water between this time when on the LE diet.

Coffee is fine without sugar. I wouldn't take warm milk though cause it raises bloodsugar.
Water is fine too and diet soda.

I second what sweetdream said. I definitely would skip the milk, but a diet soda or water is fine. Coffee in the morning is fine.

I would have a cup of coffee in the morning with sugar free French vanilla creamer. That got me three girls lol

The point of skipping breakfast is to keep blood sugar low, so drinking anything with calories is going to raise blood sugar. Black coffee is fine, and water is always fine. Peppermint tea if you're doing that.

I hate black coffee...I have to always have creamer in mine...I normally do the regular flavored creamer

A splash if milk isn't going to kill you, just be mindful of calories.

Thank you so much. Would skipping bf be enough to keep blood sugar low for the whole day. What I don't understand is that blood sugar cld be low in the morning due to no bf but bythe evening if I was TTC wldn't blood sugar have risen by then after my meals?

You want to go the longest amount of time with low blood sugar (not eating). I think most of us aim for 12-15 hours in a 24 hour period. So for example, if the last thing you eat is at 9pm then you wouldn't want to eat again until at least 9am. And then by not snacking all day, you keep blood sugar low between meals. You want to only eat 2-3 times a day. I don't eat anything at all till 12pm, then I have dinner around 5pm, and then a diet soda/vodka and sometimes a small bag of chips later. So I usually go at least 15 hours, if not more, without eating anything. I don't drink coffee black, only with milk, so I drink it with my meals, not in between.

Thank you that makes sense. I am currently eating a light breakfast around 11am.
light meal around 3pm and evening meal around 7pm. Dropped the warm milk at 9pm but have a decaff coffee with a little milk around 9pm. Does this sound ok to you?
Really appriciate you all taking time out to reply.

Coffee or any unsweetened, or artificially sweetened drink is fine in the morning.
ARe you eating 2 meals a day or 3? If you are only eating 2x a day you can have the milk before bed. I had to eat something right before bed or i couldn't sleep.
