What is the purpose of OLE? Increasing sperm? Lowering PH? Is it ok to take if hubby has low morphology?

The HT gals have their DH take it along with Vitamin C to help increase female sperm production. OLE is a big antioxidant but it all started when someone posted on here about a study that was supposedly being done on it at an IVF clinic in Australia. HT gals started doing it and we have seen good results with gender splits when it is used.

It is believed to increase numbers of healthy xx sperm. The HT ladies who are hoping for pink often use it. I believe it was originally a doctor on the forum a few years ago who suggested it?....
I also believe (anyone correct me if I am wrong?) that it is good for overall health unlike LR which is not generally recommended for older guys...
Pretty good results so far on swaying stats I think (but bear in mind small sample size, so will likely come down over time) and although some HT ladies have seen great results, it's def not a magic bullet either....

Hope that helps :)

We honestly don't know what the OLE does. There was a doctor on here who claimed she was investigating it for helping with better gender splits with IVF (more XX) and some of the HT gals seemed to get good results on it, so I tentatively began using it for ladies whose husbands couldn't take cranberry. We have been geting good results with it for swaying, but as of yet I am still not certain if it's really working or if it's because up till this point, I've only been using it for men with poor sperm health.

Yes exactly, it's supposed to be good for sperm health. Just to reiterate - thus far I have used it primarily in men who are proven to have lower sperm quality/count for some reason, and lower sperm quality/count also sways pink. So I am not "there yet" with the OLE - I'm not yet convinced the OLE is going to stay at that high a success rate as more average guys start to use it.

My husband took olive leaf and vit c for about 7 months before i cycled. We only got 1xx and 8 boys. 2 unknown gender. Imagine if mine didnt take it!

thanks pinkin. See, that's the thing that makes me wonder about all this, because I know there are people (and not a few, either) who did NOT get good gender splits with OLE. I have it in my mind that it may not be anything more beyond "we expect to see more girls with OLE and so we do" kind of thing.
What we need to see is a well designed blind study in people doing nothing else to sway gender at all and THEN see how it goes.
