Please share your BD pattern with baby boys

Hello

we are ttc baby #4 we would love a boy after 3 gourgeous girls.

we meant to follow shettles, we used condom before my first + opk, and we BD since that day which was 4 days ago my cycle was 28 days last month so I started opk on CD 10

got my first (perhapsfalse) + on CD 15

I am CD 18 today,

however today I got a + again even on the cheapie on which I had never had a + before

please share if you can how you ended up with your boy, i need reassurance, we really planned this pregnancy and meant to BD only on O day, but it seems I am just about to ovulate and I have girlies waiting for eggie?

any input?

any chance still conceiving a boy?

Sorry I dont' understand your post 100%, but on this site we believe TIMING DOES NOT SWAY. It does not matter what day you DTD and has zero correlation with gender. There does seem to be a pattern on this site towards "number of attempts" meaning, the number of BD attempts you make in your fertile window. The general advice for boys is at least 2 and ideally 3 attempts. If you want a boy, I would try to BD 3x in the 36 hours following your + OPK. When we got my son, this is what we did.

thank you for your input. that is what we meant to BD before O day on O day and a day after O day.

however it seems that my body is just gearing up to O . which means that we BD on days leading up to O

I had a + 3 days ago but today I got 3 + in a row, which means I still havent ovulated

Didn't mean to offend, sorry, just didn't want you to get hung up on timing. If you ask haven't ovulated, I would keep up BD until you have ovulated. I think lots of attempting sways blue!

Hi! We bd the 2nd day of +opk, which turned out to be O day! Got our boy too! For what it's worth, my hubby had a very low sperm count, so we abstained 4 or 5 days prior to O so that's why the one time of bd.

That is how we planned, however we got a + on opk and jumped to bed LOl
I still havent ovulated as I have had 3 + opks this afternoon so the plan that we should only BD right at O day has just failed. I am really hoping that other factors, like making my body more alkaline WELL in advance will work FX

I DTD O-3, O-1 and O, I was using pre seed with each attempt and I was doing the HE diet.
I wanted more than one attempt because I got DD2 by doing it once on O day, hope this helps :)

Only one attempt heavily sways girl. If you want a boy I would bd the day before +opk! twice the day of +opk! and the day after.

If you are trying for Shettles you need to be in with another attempt. No matter what, 2 attempts is better, and even if you are going for Shettles, it's much better to be in with an attempt at actual ovulation in case O was delayed.

Timing does not sway at all and it's been totally debunked.

Yes, that old Shettles stuff is NOT working. We are getting best results with more than one attempt in the fertile window! :)

so I think I am pregnant. I am 9DPO and getting faint lines on all kind of HPTs LOL.
I will confirm the sex of the baby in like 9 weeks ;-)
