TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Mostly vegetarian, except for a few cheats. No breakfast, no potatoes or tomatoes, no snacking, diet drinks (which Ive never had!), low protein, low fat, low calories (mostly).
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
started LE in Jan. Got pregnant in March so came off diet, but had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. Went back on diet and got pregnant again 2nd cycle after loss.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
HUGE changes - mostly vegetarian, added soy, diet drinks. Cut out potato and tomatoes. More empty carbs and low protein, low fat, no protein shakes. Followed LE to the tee! Did better than me. ;)
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details?
Did have a few cheat meals but LE was a big change especially in regards to low protein and an increase in carbs, and vegetarian meals. DH changes were HUGE for him!!
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Did come off diet when I fell pregnant in March and was only back on diet for about 4-5 weeks before our successful attempt.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
went from 72kgs to 66kgs then put on 4kgs when pregnant. Then lost 2kgs again before successful attempt.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Couch potato from Jan-April.
After loss began daily exercise but only for 2 weeks then couldn't commit to the recommended amount so dropped it again.
DH did daily cardio and dropped all weights training.

Attempt was a Tuesday.
Had previously BD Friday and Sunday.

Any relevant attempt details?
Both had a hot shower prior.
Used 2nd "batch" as DH had released 2 days before.
I got up straight away then 10mins later went to loo and wiped away excess.

Had stopped supplements whilst pregnant but was back on them all after m/c.

Fan on during attempt & windows open.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
pink baby grow suit under bed, wooden spoon with pink ribbon tied around it under pillow.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
DH changes. From diet to supps to change in his exercise routines to what underwear he wore! He was committed!
Saw a shooting star the night of attempt and also wrote our daughter a letter and prayed, and saw a rainbow the day after attempt and this is out rainbow baby.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
EVERYTHING!!!
Time off sway whilst pregnant before loss, not being perfect on LE, no exercise.
"feel" like this baby is a boy :(
Things worth mentioning:
Im sure I've forgotten to add something!
Just really hope this is our daughter as it is defiantly our last and both myself, DH and our boys all long for a girl to make our family complete. xx
