Spermicide? Any one try the method?

So I've seen atomic post about it, I'm wondering if anyone here tried it successfully? If I don't get my BFP this month, I planned on trying it when DH comes back next year. Any input or info would be much appreciated!

I really don't recommend it for someone in your unique situation. It really cuts odds of conception and we are getting such great results with one attempt, I think you'll be much better off trying to get pg with one attempt instead of rendering it impossible.

I have used spermicide as my birth control method for almost 5 years and have yet to get pg on it (I cant take the BCP and had heard spermicide failures are usually girls so I thoughy why not?!). I really would not recommend using it as a sway tactic.
