Weird Cycle and Weird Attemp

Last month we had a chemical pregnancy; we had a faint line and a positive digital test, and then it was gone. So this month, I started POAS earlier since I have been taking Vitex and I have become pretty obsessed lol. Well low and behold, I get a positive OPK cd 15! I usually don't get one until CD 19 or 20... last month was cd 21! Usually I have a few days where it gets darker and I'm contemplating if it's positive or not. This month it went from super light to BAM! Well, that was in the morning yesterday, around 10 am, but DH and I were out the whole day with DS, and didn't get to attempt until around 9 pm!

Now, I was reading about the timing, and Atomic said to do it IMMEDIATELY after positive OPK, and I read somewhere else, or maybe here, that Positive opk +12 sways boy... Did I attempt for a boy? Did anyone else BD 12 hrs after firs +opk?

not sure where you read that or what context it was in, but an attempt the evening of the positive OPK is fine for most people most of teh time.

YOU DID NOT SWAY FOR A BOY. Timing doesn't sway.

Scientific studies that are much more thorough than what we do around here show 50-50 boys and girls conceived every day of the fertile window, perhaps even a bit more girls conceived on O-1 (day of pos OPK) and O day.
