Trying to gather as much info as possible before I start my sway at the end of the year. Was wondering if anyone living in the UK knows where to buy milk, yoghurt, cheeses with low or no potassium. Would really appreciate any help or advice.

there is NO milk, yogurt, cheese without potassium. Even if it's not listed on the label, it's in there.

If you are doing LE Diet, you need to include potassium foods. The only reason why potassium foods are limited on the other sway diets is because they are including tons of dairy, which as I just mentioned invariably has potassium in it. Thus they limit potassium foods to make up for it. ON LE you will not be doing so much dairy and you will need to include some potassium foods to ensure you are getting enough.

The levels of potassium on LE and the other diets are identical. It's the amount your body needs to function. Do not limit potassium on LE Diet, you can DIE if you do not get enough. 2500-3500 mg potassium a day, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
