The title says it all. I've looked everywhere in stores for pH strips and can't seem to find them!

I ordered some online for my last sway, ended up bring more trouble than anything else, especially since ph has pretty much been debunked., test if you like, but please don't stress over it!

Hmmm, so pH doesn't really matter? I used to be on IG so I'm not as familiar yet with the methods on GD. I plan on doing some reading on it tonight.

Ya we do things a bit differently over here. We don't worry so much about ph, timing, ions, and even frequency (FR vs abstain) is beginning to be less used. Most girl swayers don't to calcium/magnesium and cranberry either.

I'm glad swaying here is simpler than IG. When we were TTC baby #2, I decided not to try swaying because it sounded like too much of a hassle!

you can get them on eBay but most of us aren't bothering any more. After I got a boy with pH of 4.5 it was mighty hard for me to believe in it any more. Geve my strips to a friend who also got another boy LOL. I didn't test at all when I got my daughter.

Thank you!! I don't think I'll bother with pH testing. I think it would just drive me crazy!
