I've been really quite on the thread for the record what u are eating as I've been cheating quite a bit and fell terrible for it.
Some weeks I have had one cheat but some I've had meat.like yesterday we went to London and I had pork.and needed something quick to have before we went home so without even thinking I ordered a small double cheeseburger. Earlier on in the week I had some chicken too.really really need some encouragement/advise as only 2 weeks away from TTC. P.s I have lost 8lb over approx 12 weeks of being on the le diet :(

I didn't want to stress over things I know that, that's why I chose to be quite laid back about it. I have kept in my limits most days,so the cheat days have been in my limits just not vegetarian.

If you're still in your limits it's hardly a cheat! No one says you have to be vegetarian on LE, although it doesn't hurt to avoid meat. If you've got 2 weeks until your attempt I'd say just buckle down and make them a great 2 weeks if diet and don't worry about the meat from before.

I wouldn't worry at all. "Cheating" is encouraged and allowed on LE. I look at it as you are eating "less" of everything than before and obviously declining your condition if you are losing weight. Don't stress!! Laid back sways work all the time, girl moms eat meat all the time!

It's the main thing for me that I'm doing though because I'm not including exercise. Also took dh pH levels the other day and it was nearly 9. I know pH might not even sway but it would help in my minding knowing its where it should be. He has started taking 2 extra tablets of cranberry a day so we will have to see if that helps.

oh heavens, don't even worry about it! this is not a competition and people get girls eating some meat all the time. Please don't compare yourself to anyone else on here. As long as you're moving in the direction of less, that's what matters.
